Born out of the Young Women’s Conference, Youth Erasing Sexism was a working group of youth activists open to all young people regardless of gender who wanted to work on issues of sexism. We were open to all, and we had weekly meetings where we talked about gender issues and created zines. We also hosted an open mike night dedicated to feminism, and created youth friendly workshops on feminism and sexism.
